Fire & Ice Facial
The original red-carpet facial — a medical-grade resurfacing treatment that lifts away dullness, softens fine lines, and leaves skin visibly brighter and smoother. Real results in under an hour, with zero downtime.
The facial that acts like a peel — without the peel.
Fire & Ice is the treatment editors, brides, and A-listers book before the moment that matters. It bridges the gap between a gentle facial and a stronger chemical peel: powerful enough to resurface, brighten, and renew — gentle enough that you can walk straight back into your day. No flaking, no hiding, no recovery. Just skin that looks lit from within.
How it works.
Fire
Intensive resurfacingA concentrated resurfacing mask goes to work — 18% glycolic acid with retinol, niacin, and mineral-rich kaolin clay. It dissolves the dull, tired surface layer and switches on cell renewal underneath. You feel a gentle warmth and a light tingle; that’s the fire doing its job.

Ice
Cooling replenishmentA cooling mask immediately soothes and rebalances — hyaluronic acid, aloe, and antioxidant botanicals like green tea. It calms any flush, floods the skin with moisture, and seals in that lit-from-within finish. You leave calm, hydrated, and glowing.

Brighter, smoother, more even — fast.
-
An instant, lit-from-within glow
The reason it’s called the red-carpet facial. Skin looks brighter and more awake the moment you walk out.
-
Smoother, refined texture
Resurfacing lifts away rough, dulling surface cells so makeup and light sit beautifully.
-
Softened fine lines
Retinol and glycolic gently encourage renewal, easing the look of fine lines over a series.
-
More even tone
Helps fade the look of dullness and uneven patches for a clearer, more uniform complexion.
-
Minimized pores
Deep exfoliation clears congestion so pores appear tighter and less visible.
-
Clearer, calmer skin
Softens the look of blemishes and post-blemish marks while soothing the surface.
Your before-the-big-day facial.
A wedding. A reunion. A photoshoot, a milestone birthday, a first impression that counts. Fire & Ice is the treatment to book two to three days before — long enough to settle, fresh enough to glow. And it’s a beautiful first step if you’ve been curious about resurfacing but not ready for a peel.
Forty-five quiet minutes.
- 01
Cleanse & prep
A double cleanse and a quick skin read so your aesthetician can tailor the treatment to you.
- 02
The Fire
The resurfacing mask is applied and left to work for a few minutes — a warm, tingling sensation that settles quickly.
- 03
The Ice
The cooling mask goes on to calm, hydrate, and neutralize the warmth. Pure relief.
- 04
Finish & protect
Targeted serums, moisturizer, and SPF to lock in the glow before you head out the door.
Time: about 45–50 minutes. Downtime: none — a light, healthy flush that settles within an hour or two. Wear your SPF and you’re glowing all day. Add dermaplaning first for an even deeper polish, or make it a monthly ritual with a membership.
A red-carpet facial, done in a medical spa.
Anyone can offer a Fire & Ice. Safe, considered, and paired with real guidance — not a rushed menu item.
Good to know.
-
Does the Fire & Ice facial hurt?
No. During the Fire step most people feel a warm, tingling sensation for a few minutes — think of it as the treatment working, not discomfort. The Ice step cools and calms everything right down. Your aesthetician stays with you and adjusts the timing to your comfort.
-
Is there any downtime?
None to speak of. That’s the whole appeal — it bridges the gap between a relaxing facial and a stronger peel without the peeling or recovery. You may have a light, healthy flush for an hour or two afterward that settles into a glow. No visible shedding.
-
How soon before an event should I book it?
It’s the classic “big day” facial. For a wedding, shoot, reunion, or gala, we usually recommend it two to three days ahead so skin has settled into its brightest, smoothest state. First time? Book a little earlier so we can see how your skin responds.
-
How often should I get it?
A single facial gives you days of glow. For lasting improvements in tone and texture, a series every three to four weeks works beautifully — ask about our membership, which makes a regular ritual more affordable.
-
Who is it right for?
Most skin types and concerns — dullness, uneven texture, fine lines, congestion, and that “I need a refresh” look. Because it contains retinol and acids, it isn’t recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, right after isotretinoin, or on actively irritated or broken skin. Your provider will confirm it’s a fit at your visit and suggest an alternative if it isn’t.
